Project 1: Infrastructure refresh for Catholic Charities of Oregon
This project included planning, managing, and conducting a full infrastructure refresh for the nonprofit organization Catholic Charities of Oregon while maintaining production uptime and user productivity in all phases of the refresh.

- Installation and configuration of VSphere spanning multiple locations including the deployment of the VCenter Linux VM
- Management of vendors and subcontractors for the planning and installation of 240V dedicated circuits in the MDF, connectivity, and testing of a generator backup system, and installation of additional low voltage runs
- Design, installation, and configuration of a new APC UPS System
- Installation and configuration of Hyper V 2019 host as custom Veeam backup appliance.
- Migration of users and mailboxes from on-premises exchange to office 365 tenant using a hybrid configuration and deployment strategy

Project 3: IT Support and management of Kettle Foods of Oregon
For over three years I was the primary IT contact for Kettle Foods of Oregon, This included a 24X7 manufacturing plant, an administrative headquarters, and a central distribution center.
