Project 1: Infrastructure refresh for Catholic Charities of Oregon

This project included planning, managing, and conducting a full infrastructure refresh for the nonprofit organization Catholic Charities of Oregon while maintaining production uptime and user productivity in all phases of the refresh.

• Project planning and budgeting
• Board level presentation and budget justification
• Installation of new multi-server cluster with SAN shared storage
• Installation and configuration of VSphere spanning multiple locations including the deployment of the VCenter Linux VM
• Management of vendors and subcontractors for the planning and installation of 240V dedicated circuits in the MDF, connectivity, and testing of a generator backup system, and installation of additional low voltage runs
• Design, installation, and configuration of a new APC UPS System
• Installation and configuration of Hyper V 2019 host as custom Veeam backup appliance.
• Migration of users and mailboxes from on-premises exchange to office 365 tenant using a hybrid configuration and deployment strategy
• Installation and configuration of Veeam Backup and Recovery systems including site to site replication, site to cloud replication, and office 365 cloud to site backups

Project 2: Multi-tenant network build for Meadows Executive Office Suites

• Installation of a router to set Layer 3 boundary with Comcast EDI
• Installation and configuration of  multiple Switch stacks throughout the building

• Creation and configuration of over 200 VLANs to segment and secure individual networks/subnets for each tenant
• Creation of Quality Of Service policies to manage internet usage shared between all tenants

Project 3: IT Support and management of Kettle Foods of Oregon

For over three years I was the primary IT contact for Kettle Foods of Oregon, This included a 24X7 manufacturing plant, an administrative headquarters, and a central distribution center.

• Scheduling and managing IT assets, including outside vendors and remote IT staff.
• Coordinating and performing a full migration from on-premises Exchange to Office 365
